Since Project & Portfolio 4, I have refined my video system design to include a full set of professional-grade equipment that supports both live production and content delivery. At the core of the system, the Switchblade M9 4-Channel HDMI Live Production Switcher serves as the central hub for managing multiple video sources, while the AJA GEN10 HD/SD Sync Generator ensures proper timing across all devices with reliable blackburst and tri-level sync outputs.

 

For recording and streaming, I incorporated the CineTreak Mixer Live 4K Video Streamer & Recorder, which can capture high-resolution video from up to four sources for archiving or post-production. To manage visuals and dynamic content, I added a media server such as Resolume Arena or LightAct, providing powerful tools for projection mapping, integration with lighting, and motion tracking. I also included two 43″ Turn-Key Confidence Monitors to support performers and presenters on stage by displaying cues, lyrics, or mirrored outputs from the main system. To tie everything together, I specified a comprehensive cabling plan that includes HDMI and SDI cables of varying lengths, BNC cables for sync distribution, and CAT6 Ethernet for networking, along with proper power distribution through surge protectors and PDUs.

 

These revisions ensure that the design not only meets professional standards but also provides flexibility for live switching, synchronized recording, and content delivery in a wide range of production environments.
